The course lasts 10 hours (usually twice a week, 45 minutes each).
Up until approximately the sixth lesson, students will first learn water familiarization and basic skills such as breathing, diving, floating, gliding, and jumping in shallow water. This is followed by leg movement and then arm movement.
Starting around the 12th lesson, overall movement and endurance are trained.
The Seahorse certification exam is scheduled for the 20th lesson at the latest.
